E-TRAINING 24/7: Food Hygiene Training for Food Handlers (in Estonian and Russian)
Target group
Employees of catering, food production and food trade companies, food handlers, sellers, service staff, managers of maintenance departments in care facilities, schools and kindergartens, cooks, kitchen staff, teaching assistants and other workers who come into contact with food. According to the Food Act and the General Rules of Food Hygiene, food hygiene training is mandatory for all employees involved in food handling.
Objectives
This is a self-study training course, where participants independently work through the provided materials. The course is available in both Estonian and Russian and can be accessed online for 30 days. After the invoice is paid, the course can be completed in one of two ways: 1. The training materials are accessible in the e-learning environment, and the test is taken electronically. 2. The training materials are sent via email. After the invoice is paid, we will send the course booklet and test (in PDF format) to the provided email address. The completed tests can be returned by post or via email to koolitus@juunika.ee. Participants are required to review the materials and complete the test. The test can be attempted up to 3 times, with a passing score of at least 80% correct answers.
