Target group

Construction (including road construction) project managers, site managers, individuals responsible for occupational safety and construction supervision specialists.

The coordinator is a specialist with at least 3 years of practical experience in construction, who has completed at least 8 hours of safety training in construction work.

Objectives

The aim of the training is to provide knowledge on how to prevent hazards on construction sites and what actions are necessary to ensure safety. To maintain safety and prevent health risks on construction sites, employers whose employees work on site, as well as self-employed individuals (sole proprietors), must appoint a health and safety coordinator. The main contractor must appoint one or more coordinators in writing for the duration of the work on a shared construction site. If no main contractor has been designated, the owner of the building must appoint the coordinator.
