Systematically Develop Your Team and Organisation: A Practical Co-Vision Training
Target group
The target group includes all individuals who work in teams, lead teams, work with people and wish to improve their team’s collaboration skills and find new approaches to working with clients.
Objectives
The goal of the training is to introduce participants to various co-vision methods (8) and provide practical experience in the roles of case owner, session leader and group member. As a result of the training, participants will learn how to systematically develop teamwork and organisations as a whole using co-vision methods.
Topics covered
- Warm-up exercise: The meeting begins with warm-up exercises designed to create a trusting atmosphere.
- Situation mapping: The group maps out the current situation and sets the relevant goal of the meeting.
- Technique application: We apply and practice various co-vision techniques in practical situations.
- Feedback and reflection: At the end of the meeting, feedback is provided, and the next steps are discussed.
Co-vision is a method used in professional development and work contexts to support and develop employees’ knowledge, skills and practices. Co-vision can be seen as group-based guidance or collective supervision, where colleagues help each other improve their professional competencies.
