Target group
Aspiring and active entrepreneurs, individuals interested in entrepreneurship, proactive people, and anyone curious about starting a business and eager to learn how to create a business plan.
During this training, participants will create a business plan step-by-step, providing greater confidence and reducing fears about starting a business. The course also covers the various grants and support available for aspiring entrepreneurs, as well as what business plan evaluators focus on. The training is highly practical, guiding participants through each section of the business plan in detail. It explains why each topic is important, how to approach and articulate them, and illustrates everything with real-life examples and insights from actual entrepreneurs. At the end of the training, every participant will receive personalised consultation and feedback on their completed business plan.

- Competitive Analysis: Strategies, competitive advantage, and analysis of competing products (2 academic hours)
