NPS ehk soovitusindeks (ingl k: net promoter score) on ülemaailmselt tunnustatud ja laialdaselt kasutatav klienditagasiside küsimise metoodika. NPS puhul kasutatakse 11-astmelist mõõtkava (0-10), kus 0-6 hinde andnud annavad negatiivse tulemi, 7 ja 8 hinde andnud tagasisidet ei võeta arvesse ja ainult 9 ja 10 hinde andud hinnangud annavad positiivse tulemi. Juunika Koolitus küsib klienditagasisidet automaatselt kõigi avalike kalendrikoolituste osalejate käest e-kirja teel. Klienditagasiside hoitakse konfidentsiaalsena ja see ei ole anonüümne. Kõigi klientide tagasiside põhjal arvutatakse NPS koondtulemus ja seda kuvab Juunika Koolitus avalikus veebis. Koondtulemust uuendatakse iga päev.
