Who Can We Share Personal Data With?

Juunika Training OÜ may collaborate with various third parties, and our authorised data processors may include service providers in fields such as marketing, legal assistance, IT services, debt collection and payment processing. Personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary for service provision and in line with the principle of minimality.

We are legally obligated to share personal data with several government institutions, including the Ministry of Education and Research and the Tax and Customs Board.

Each year, we report training fees paid by individuals to the Tax and Customs Board to facilitate income tax refund applications. For more details, please visit the Tax and Customs Board’s website.

If the participant and the invoice payer are different persons, we may provide the payer with information about the participant. This is necessary, for instance, in cases where the training is commissioned by the Unemployment Insurance Fund.

We share personal data (such as name, email address and phone number) with our trainers if required for conducting the training. For program participants, we share data (including name, age, date of birth, and educational institution) with the program coordinator to effectively plan and execute the program. Additionally, we share parents’ or guardians’ names, contact phone numbers and the child’s contact address and personal identification code with the program coordinator for situations where contacting the parents/guardians or transferring the child to medical staff is necessary. Information about a child’s health condition is shared to ensure that program coordinators can address any specific needs and facilitate full participation in the program. Personal data may also be shared for providing courier or postal services to our clients.
