In addition, the target group includes marketing, sales, and customer support managers and specialists who want to use AI to accelerate daily work and improve customer service. Finally, it is intended for anyone who wishes to start implementing AI in their organization — no prior technical knowledge is required.

Kaarel Kahn

Üle 10-aastase kogemusega tarkvaraarenduse ja digilahenduste valdkonnas ühendab Kaarel Kahn tehnilise kompetentsi praktilise ärimõtlemise ja kliendikeskse lähenemisega. Ta on loonud ja juhtinud mitmeid ettevõtteid, mis pakuvad kõrgekvaliteedilisi IT-lahendusi, keskendudes innovatsioonile, kasutusmugavusele ja ärilise väärtuse loomisele.

 Kogemus:

• Asutanud ja juhtinud Kahn Digital Media OÜ ning Kahn Digital Minds, pakkudes veebiarendust, mobiilirakenduste arendust, turundust, UI/UX disaini ja platvormide loomist
• Juhtinud ettevõtet Indre Trade, arendades rahvusvahelist koostööd ja ärijuhtimist
• Pikaajaline CBDO roll ettevõttes NUNIX, kus keskenduti veebilahenduste ja mobiilirakenduste arendamisele rahvusvahelistele klientidele
• Tugev fookus kliendivajaduste kaardistamisel, personaalselt kohandatud IT-lahenduste loomisel ning pikaajaliste partnerlussuhete arendamisel

Eesmärk

Juunika Koolitus, in cooperation with PragmatiqAI, is developing a new training program designed for those who want to achieve real results in their company through artificial intelligence and automation. We offer the program in three languages – Estonian, English, and Russian. Artificial intelligence and automation are no longer future concepts – they are already tools that help companies become more efficient, competitive, and profitable. This program is designed specifically for people who want to: • Understand how AI tools can be applied in real business contexts, not just in theory. • Learn to use modern generative AI solutions and automation platforms. • Create an initial AI action plan and prototypes for their company or department to achieve tangible results (time savings, increased sales, improved customer experience, optimized internal processes). The program guides participants step by step through practical examples and demos: starting with AI fundamentals and progressing to workflow automation and process optimization.
